2. Use License

Our platform provides tools for content creation. You retain full ownership of all assets generated using our AI services, provided you have a valid subscription or credit balance.

3. Credit System

Social Assistant AI operates on a platform fee + credit-based system. Credits are used to perform AI generations. Credits purchased through "Usage Packs" do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Automation and Scraping

While our tool provides news aggregation features, you must comply with the terms of service of any third-party feeds (RSS) you connect to our platform. Social Assistant AI is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from user-provided feeds.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Social Assistant AI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Aquarisol-AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Subscription vs. Credits

Our platform operates on a hybrid model. Your Monthly Subscription covers access to automation tools (scheduling, auto-posting, multi-account management). Credits are required separately for generative AI tasks (writing posts, image generation, sentiment analysis).

If your subscription ends, any remaining credits will stay on your account, but access to the automation features will be locked until the subscription is renewed.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

Credits: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.

8. Service Level Disclaimer

Since our platform provides automation services, we are reliant on third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Aquarisol is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party social media platform API changes or account restrictions.

Users are strictly responsible for following the automation limits and terms of service of each social platform. Aquarisol is not liable for account shadowbans, restrictions, or suspensions resulting from the use of our services.
